We, the Higherlife Foundation (“HLF”) and Ruzivo Digital Learning (“Ruzivo”), hereby inform members of the public that we are not associated with Charltan School (“the School”). The proprietors of Charltan School had indicated in their public communication that the School is located at one of Higherlife Foundation’s Learning Hubs in Harare, Zimbabwe. This assertion is incorrect as the School has not been duly authorized to make use of our premises for the purported purpose nor are they permitted to charge the public for making use of our facility. The proprietors of Charlton School are directed to retract their advertisement forthwith as it is misleading.
Neither HLF nor Ruzivo shall assume any liability for loss or injury incurred as a result of signing up with Charltan School. Any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the communication sent by the School shall be for the School’s account.
